Specification

Design & Regulations All properties are architecturally designed and built to conform to the National House Building Council’s (NHBC) specifications. Each property will carry their ten year guarantee and will comply with current building regulations and planning requirements.

Tenure The properties are sold as freehold.

Building The external skin of the insulated cavity walls will consist of facing brickwork and masonry painted render. The internal skin will be blockwork.

Rainwater Goods All rainwater goods together with fascias and soffits to be maintenance free uPVC in a complimentary colour.

Roof Concrete roof tiles on a breathable membrane supported by timber structure. The roof space will be fully insulated to current build regulations.
